Alpha feedback

Report a conversion problem without sharing your writing.

Keep your original draft and explain the step that failed. A short fictional example is enough to start an issue.

1. Collect only safe facts

Choose source (Word, copied Google Docs, HTML, Markdown, other), destination (WordPress, Word, HTML, Markdown), step, expected behavior, and what happened. Do not paste error messages containing real writing.

Optional content-free build summary

This summary reads only a fixed public build label, a converter category and broad browser family. It never reads article content, links, site accounts, source files, browser recovery, clipboard values, URL parameters or credentials.

Select a converter, then copy or manually select the read-only summary. Nothing is sent automatically.

2. Report a reproducible issue

Open a public GitHub bug-report template (new tab). GitHub may require an account. A private support route has not been selected. For confidential issues, contact the project owner through a separately agreed channel instead of using a public issue.

Provide a non-sensitive description of the source type, browser family, step, visible behavior, whether the original writing and ending remained intact, and a fictional reproduction when possible.

3. Protect your draft

Do not post drafts, source notes, screenshots of personal material, private URLs, tokens, credentials, backups, clipboard contents or raw browser logs in public issues. Keep a private backup and the original source. Return to help or review the first-article guide.
